The APP/display shows normally, but the motor does not work. |
1. Check whether the battery is supplying power normally. 2. Check whether each part are connected properly. 3. Check whether the settings are correct. 4. If the problem cannot be solved after steps1, 2, and 3, please contact the official after-sales service. |
| APP/Display: Error 01H High Voltage | The battery voltage is too high, check whether the battery is compatible with the motor. |
| APP/Display: Error 02H Low Voltage | The battery voltage is too low, charge the battery. |
| APP/Display: Error 03H Over Current | Over current protection. Restart the motor. If the fault persists, please contact the official after-sales service. |
| APP/Display: Error 06 MOS | Restart the motor. If the problem persists, please contact official after-sales service. |
| APP/Display: Error 0A High Temperature | The motor temperature is too high. Please give the motor a break. It will automatically recover after cooling down. |
