The product will be shipped from Keyde China Headquarters within 14 working days after receiving the full payment. The delivery time of customized products will vary depending on the customized content.
Ⅱ. Transportation Method
1. Batteries and ALL-IN-ONE motors need to be shipped separately. Generally speaking, logistics includes customs clearance, tariffs, etc., and buyers do not need to handle customs clearance procedures and pay taxes by themselves, except for some regions, such as Taiwan(China), South Korea, etc. If there are special circumstances, we will communicate with buyers in a timely manner.
2. For other products such as motors, displays, etc., buyers need to handle customs clearance procedures and pay taxes by themselves when they are shipped.
Ⅲ. Notes
If your package is severely damaged during transportation when it is delivered (the main structure of the product is obviously deformed, which seriously affects the use of its normal functions), you need to save photos and videos as evidence, find the logistics company in time to make a claim, and contact sales@keyde.com.
