Return & Exchange Instructions
1. If you need to return or exchange the product, please contact sales@keyde.com and inform us of the product condition, return or exchange time, etc. After confirmation, the product can be sent out, cash on delivery is rejected.
2. Please return the product within 7 days after confirming the return or exchange information. The returned product must have no signs of use, have complete accessories, gifts and related certificates, and the packaging box must not be damaged.
3. If you need to return the product, please apply within 7 days of receipt by the logistics department, and all products in the package must be returned. The refund for the return is only the product price (excluding logistics fees and handling fees, etc.), and the logistics fees incurred by the returned product shall be borne by the buyer.
4. If the returned product is found to be man-made damage after inspection, the relevant fees incurred shall be borne by the buyer, and the fees will be deducted from the returned product price.
5. If the product is damaged due to its own reasons during the warranty period and needs to be replaced, the logistics costs incurred are borne by the buyer for shipping the products to the seller, and the logistics costs incurred are borne by the seller for shipping the products to the buyer.
6. Buyers can choose to have the products shipped to Keyde German Subsidiary or Keyde China Headquarters.
