Warranty
Ⅰ. Warranty Period
The warranty period for batteries and motors is 12 months.
The warranty period for other accessories such as displays, cables, chargers, etc. is 6 months.
The above periods are subject to the logistics receipt time.
Ⅱ. Non-warranty Scope
During the warranty period, the following situations are not covered by free repairs. Please note:
1. Any damage caused by failure to install or use in accordance with the product manual;
2. The product serial number is deleted or changed, and the factory date is deleted or changed;
3. The product is disassembled and repaired by personnel not authorized by our company;
4. Natural wear and tear that does not affect the function of the product, such as wear and tear of the outer shell;
5. Product damage caused by unexpected factors or improper use, such as mechanical damage, corrosion, oxidation, etc.;
6. Damage caused by overload, riding obstacles (including but not limited to going down stairs, falling, etc.), extreme sports, etc.;
7. Damage caused by disassembly, transportation, loading and unloading during the return repair by the customer;
8. Any damage caused by abnormal storage conditions or force majeure such as rain, ice and snow soaking, fire, freezing, earthquake, etc.;
9. Loss of fragile accessories such as packaging materials and various technical data;
10. Other failures or damages not caused by the product's own design, technology, manufacturing, quality, etc.
Ⅲ. Precautions
1. Please strictly follow the product manual or the manufacturer's installation video to install motors, cables, displays, batteries and other electrical components.
2. Please avoid spraying the motor with high-pressure water gun and avoid immersing it in water. When using a low-pressure water gun for cleaning, do not spray directly to the Cassette body, bearings, etc. (Sealing performance will be reduced after long time use)
3. Do not expose the motor kit to rain, snow, high temperature, and high humidity for a long time. Turn off the power if stored for a long time. Avoiding storing it near heat sources.
4. When setting the maximum speed, please comply with local laws and regulations.
5. Only the matching charger can charge the battery. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for accidents.
6. It is prohibited to dismantle or modify the motor without authorization. Our company will not be responsible for the losses caused and you may lose warranty service. When the motor kit fails, please contact sales@keyde.com.
7. It is strictly prohibited to speed downhill. Do not use the front brake suddenly when high speed, to avoid danger caused by shifting the center of gravity forward.
8. Avoid being close to flammable, explosive or corrosive gases.
9. It is strictly forbidden to use wires or conductors to short-circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery to avoid danger and damage to the battery.
10. Please do not ride when you drink alcohol, take cold medicine, or feel unwell, as this may reduce your body's ability to move and respond, jeopardizing driving safety.
